We strive to ensure your stay in our apartments is uninterrupted. We do everything we can to make sure nothing disturbs your peace. If you encounter any disruptive circumstances that you are not satisfied with, please contact us immediately using the provided contact details.
To maintain the condition, order, and cleanliness of the accommodation and furnishings, we kindly ask that you refrain from any activities you would not do in your own home.
Check-in / Check-out:
The accommodation is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival until 11:00 AM on the day of departure. We are flexible with your arrival and departure, but prior arrangement is required for times outside these hours.
In the event of early departure from the booked period, no refund of the accommodation fee will be made.
The accommodation can only be used by the agreed number of guests; this can be checked by the host without prior notice.
According to current legislation, due to the NTAK data reporting obligation, our guests are required to send their official documents before arrival or present them in person on-site at the latest.
Our guests are not allowed to receive visitors.
Smoking and the use of open flames inside the building are strictly prohibited! Smoking is allowed in the yard.
Pets may only stay in the apartment after prior arrangement.
Please use the furnishings properly! Removing room inventory, including towels, blankets, bed linen, etc., from the apartments is prohibited!
If you notice any damage or malfunction, please report it to us immediately, as we cannot accept subsequent complaints.
